BBQ Grill Question
Do you spray anything on the grill before you place the meat down? We just got a new grill today and the chicken that I put on there is sticking to the grates. Is that right or should I be spraying or putting something on there before the meats?

According to that Dr. BBQ guy on t.v ...he said the first time you use a grill, use Olive Oil.

That's what we use.
Then afterwards we use Pam for Grilling

Oh man - thanks! I knew I should have put something on there. At least now I know for next time since I only used half of the grill tonight.

Thanks! I actually just swept our patio outside...I'm doing anything to get this baby out now!

I will NOT use Pam ever again.
I went to a Pampered Chef party, and the woman said the one ingredient is Propellent
if you look on the back of the can..it is on there

We have an oil sprayer, we spray a piece of paper towel, wad it up, and use the tongs to spread it on the grates.
