Baking with kids for the holidays..
I'm already thinking of Christmas and something fun to bake with them! The only thing I came up with is gingerbread men. Anything else that is cute and festive?

Sugar cookies from scratch. They are easy and then you can use fun holiday shaped cookie cutters, and decorate them when done, either with icing or sprinkles. I LOVE sugar cookies, so can't wait to make them with my DD this year.
Also, the Hershey kiss/ pretzel /M&Ms "reindeer noses" super easy, fun, and delicious! You unwrap the Hershey kiss, place it in the middle of a pretzel twist, and bake just until chocolate gets soft, then take them out and gently push and M&M in the middle for the nose. I'm sure you can google "reindeer noses" or look on Pinterest for more exact directions. :)

We make sugar cookies every year. use Christmas shaped cookie cutters and Christmas sprinkles. We've also made a gingerbread house w candy. It was messy but fun.

Our library is doing a family class where you make gingerbread houses with graham crackers and build it around a milk carton.
