Baby Drew is home!!!
I am thrilled to report that we got to take Drew home today! It is a bit overwhelming with a 15 month old and a newborn that I am paranoid about, but we are sooooo happy. The nursing is going okay so far - he has only had bottles for the last five days since he was in the NICU so he gets a little bit of nipple confusion but we're working through it for now.

JEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm beyond words! I am just soooooo relieved, happy, excited for you...you name it! And I'm thrilled for Drew to be able to be at home with his family. How is Cameron responding to her lil bro??
Obviously you've BF'd before but if you need some extra help in this circumstance go to the BF support group that is every wed at Plainview Hosp at 10:30...or Every 1st wed of the month at Winthrop at 10:30 (if they are still doing them). She also runs one at Mercy more often but I'm not sure when it is. The LC I used is no longer seeing individual clients but she would have a recommendation plus the 2 LCs that run the support groups are great. They're hands on if you don't mind whipping your boob out in front of the group
