I am taking vitamin B6 as well as a multivitamin daily. The B6 has been doing wonders on improving my mood as well as LP.I did my own research but it is always best to consult a Dr before you take many medications/supplements.

I do! I do! I take a prenatal vitamin and then a B complex vitamin everyday. It has lengthened my LP from 8 days to 13 days. Yeah!
ETA: I did not ask my doctor, but B vitamins are eliminated from your body when it doesn't need them, so it is very rare to overdose on them. I've been taking the B complex vitamin for at least 70 days now and I haven't had any sort of side effects. Just bright yellow pee (TMI!)!

I agree. If you get pregnant it is not good to take extra vitamins without a doctor's knowledge.

I take the B vitamin to elongate my luteal phase and it has worked wonders. However, I would only take the B complex vitamin until I was pregnant. Once I knew I was pregnant, I would stop taking it and follow whatever my doctor's guidelines were.
