Safe Kids Find A Tech
if you put in your county and state you will find a list of sites and individuals who do education/checks. There are a LOT that are not on that other link. ****put nothing else in the search fields, as it will narrow the search down to much and you may not get results****
I am a certified technician. As with all "checks" I also educate and inform the parent/caregiver and make sure they are 100% confident in their ability to correctly install and use their seat. There are techs who do not do this and will just install the seat and send you on your way. This is not only wrong but potentially dangerous. Just keep that in mind.

My husband went and said he was very happy, they gave him tips he didn't think of, even though my husband researched the crap out of it.
We already had it installed Chris checked it and showed him how to get it a little tighter. He also showed him the recall this to make sure the seat we had wasn't recalled.
