Anyone have a "man" cave?
The house we are in contract for has a finished basement, which I promised DH to be his "man cave"
This "cave" will have all of DH's items that I don't want displayed around the living areas...you know, sporting team stuff items, beer-related items, toy Yodas...
Do you have one?
What is the decor?

Well.. Rob has his own room. He isn't into teams or anything - but he has his stereo and giant ugly speakers - plus that stupid clown my mom gave him and his wall art that I don't love. It's 'really' a workout room - it has his weight bench, pull up bar and workout equipment - but he's the only one that actually goes in there so I guess it's a man cave. We also have a bonus room in the basement that sits between the laundry room and the main playroom - it now houses his dartboard and a table saw and other random stuff that he uses!

Our attic is my DH's gym--not really a man cave but it's his own little space.
My friends DH has "man's room". One of their bedrooms has couches, all his sports memoralibilia, videogames etc. It is pretty cool

yes we have a "man cave"..it has our big flat screen tv/couch..he painted the paneling a light green color which looks awesome. My dh has 3 shelves in which he displays his blue ray dvds that he loves...he also has two-three racks of dvds...a pool table..and two movie posters (real life looking ones) on the wall...I hardly go down there unless we are watching a movie..my dh is a movie freak!!!
oh n we also have rock band displayed too

When we were in the apartment Rob insisted on hanging a framed print of a wolf on the bedroom wall. It now resides happily out of my everday line of sight in the Workout Room.

My husband has a man cave. We have a finished basement. Our two old couches are down there, and he has is extra large flat screen and stero all set up down there. On the walls are all of his sports stuff. He actually did a really nice job setting it all up.

Yes, Dh has a man cave.. His theme is Yankees, Rangers and Texas Hold em. The Yankee wall which is the accent wall came out awesome.

Yup. We have a high ranch and DH has the entire downstairs as his man cave. He has a full kitchen and every chair down there reclines. He keeps the fridge full of beer and the freezer and cabinets stocked with junk food stuff. It's where him and his friends hang out when they come over. We bought him a new TV and it's where all of his video game stuff is. He decorated it with movie/video game posters and sports memorabilia. He also has a bunch of figurines and stuff that he displays. I actually think it came out pretty nice and it keeps his video game playing downstairs so I can still watch TV upstairs.

Yes, the finished basement is his domain (well 2 of the 4 rooms). He decorated himself with vintage film art and accessories. Looks great.

We have it painted in Yankee colors, the bottom half of the wall is the Yankee blue and the top is white. There is a Yankee border going around the room where those 2 colors meet. He has a desk and his computer in there. There are sport pictures framed around the room. We also have the pull out couch and the doggie cage in there too. There are shelves on the walls displaying his baseball hats (his own) and different teams. We have a tv but it's not set up to cable yet.

our basement is a wreck right now, we are refinishing it....but it is being made in to a man cave. DH has brainwashed DS (3yrs old) to tell me behind that door is the man cave.....no chicks allowed!!

Yep!! When we moved into our house...he had the 2nd bedroom. The basement was just HORRIBLE! The previous tenents only used it for storage... seriously there was carpeting on the walls!  Well, when we found out we were pregnent...off to work on the basement DH went LMAO. Took him the full 9 months... and now there is STILL some little things to get done. The decor is just wood paneling, with white trim moldings all around. We rent so we went cheap. He has his dart board, beer pictures, even a stupid Tupac picture all on the walls. Nothing of mine is 'allowed' down there... but I still manage to sneak things down there when he's at work LOL> Hes got a TV down there, couches, 2 computers... you can def tell it's not a girl related room at ALL! haha. (Plus it's the one room I don't clean so it's not as clean as the rst of the house HAHA) It's great to have, bc DH can go down thereand I can have the whole rest of the house HAHAHAHA

we built a bar in the basement where we keep our police momentos...then we have a computer room where he keeps some wrestling stuff..i made him put most of his crap in a box in the attic lol.

We have a 4 bedroom house and turned one of the bedrooms into a "man cave" for my DH. He is a HUGE sports fan and his teams are all from Detroit. Each one of the 4 walls represents a sports team as well as the ceiling!
This picture was taken shortly after we finished painting the room.
The yellow/blue wall is for the Michigan Wolverines, the red/white wall is for the Detroit Red Wings, the blue/orange wall is for the Detroit Tigers and the red/blue wall is for the Detroit Pistons. The ceiling which is not really pictured is for the Detroit Lions and it is painted gray and now has a huge Lions football helmet on it.

We do, it's an actual room in our house. It has a flat screen TV, leather couches, football pics on one wall, two bookshelves. One carries books and super hero figures, and the other a bar with a mini fridge constantly stocked with BEER!!!. I kind of love it though.
Here are some pics, the shelves look a tad different now but you get the drift.

we do, sort of DH has taken over our loft. I havent been up there in weeks and im fine with it! He watches TV up there and his computer is there. it has his sports memorabilia hanging on the walls

Yes, we have a man cave. It is the room where the big screen, playstation, and a lot of hockey "memorailia" are. The walls, furniture and couch are nice. You can tell it is a man room as opposed to a teenagers room. LOL.
