Another silly debate
My boyfriend just got a new house... we were going to move in this weekend! We have furniture in 2 rooms but I'm still completely living in my co-op.
We have no dishes or cookware in the house. Electric stove.
I have a gas stove in my co-op...
Should I bring my emergency supplies, pack a suitcase of clothes, and bring my food over to be with him? Or should I stay here and make sure everything is ok here?
We don't know if the new house floods... so he wants to be there.
Neither house is in an evac zone... he's close to the LIE, I'm in on the north shore but just south of 25A.
And also, if I stay here, I'll be alone.
What to do? Thanks for helping this indecisive idiot!!!

I remember being alone in college during a hurricane. I was miserable. Much better to be with someone.

Yeah I think I would rather be with someone eating PB&J on paper plates, than home alone. I hope his new house holds up well! Good luck!
