Another post-m/c question...

Does anyone know if I can use the day I actually miscarried as CD1? I'm not sure how accurate it will be (and I'm not bothering to temp b/c I know that won't be accurate), but I wonder what kind of system I can use for this month. Can I use that day as CD and try something like Deanna's Plan?

I used that as cycle day one also, and my cycle length was the same pre m/c.

I counted the first day of bleeding from the m/c as CD1. My cycle seemed normal the first month but was definitely off the second month and I don't think that was based on counting the days, so I don't think I was back to normal until the 3rd month. Good luck!

I would-di you stop bleeding? If so how long did you bleed for?

This is pretty much the progression of my m/c -
3/20 (when I would have gotten AF if I wasn't pregnant) I started light brown spotting - this lasted until 3/24.
3/25 red spotting
3/26 a medium AF - by that night, def. cramping, and a good amt of bleeding overnight
3/27 woke up and passed the entire sac (went to ob/gyn who said he could tell the miscarriage was pretty complete based on my sono)
3/28-3/30 - light/medium AF

By 3/31 I didn't have anything but the past few days I've had very light (like a drop) of brown spotting

I planned on using 3/27 (the day I passed the sac) as CD1, making me CD8 now
