Honeslty? No way, but not because I'm scared of it, but because I'd be worried about people constantly parking outside or knocking on the door, playing practical jokes, etc.

Its just a house.. no one has been murdered lately... I believe your beliefs affect your preception of reality.
Seems that house is lived in now.. people are enjoying it.

It's a beautiful house! Only reason I wouldn't want to live there is because of all the people driving past to stop and stare at the house because of it's history. Otherwise, it looks like a nice place to live

First.. I don't know that I believe that there was anything 'evil' about the home. And if there was.. I feel like God would protect my family.
But I still wouldn't buy it. Can you imagine all the people stopping by and gawking and possibly trespassing? Not worth it to me.

Ditto. I definitely don't believe in "haunted houses", but I do believe in other people wanting to sight-see the house from the movie, and I definitely wouldn't want to have to deal with that....

I wouldn't by a house that anyone was murdered in-let alone that is supposedly a hot bed for paranormal activity and boogie men.
I don't believe in that stuff (well not when the light are on at least) but there are plenty of other houses on the market that I would just skip this one.

Negative, would not step near that house....
I'm iffy on what I believe and don't believe...just the thought that their could be a chance (even if slim to none)of their being demonic things going on - or the spirits of the people who were murdered is enough for me to say no thanks!
Also I watched the movie The Possession like 100 times when I was a teenager and to this day that movie scares me. It's the movie about the murders.
I got the creeps just looking at the pictures!
The house is gorgeous though

never. its not my taste (both decor and location), and i couldn't deal with the crazy kids every halloween.
weird that there's no pic of the kitchen, right? you'd think they'd highlight it if it was updated.
