I thought about that too, but then I think she was trying to tell David Cook she was talking to him???? maybe she was trying to say the 2nd singer? not the second song? I think her mind was hiding in a shot glass under the table tonight

Remember there was some scandal where the recap at the end didn't have the mistake someone made or something? They made it public that the recaps are actually taped from the dress rehearsal because they "dont have enough time to edit the real footage" for the live show.
I'm thinking they probably have the dress rehearsal shortly before the taping because they all wear the same stuff, etc, so maybe Paula forgot she's not supposed to judge based on the rehearsal?  I do think it is a live show though.

for some reason, I heart Jason...maybe its because he looks exactly like my sister in a make version!!! shes got the long brown hair (non dread) the blue eyes and the same smile,dimple.. she is NOT pleased I compared her to a guy but hey... the ladies love him!!
he wont win but i still love him- especially the songs from a couple of weeks ago.
Brooke- bye bye- youre too happy for me...
Syesha- forgettable
David Cooke- like him although there is something about him that annoys me.
David A- used to like him- so over the cute, wow everybody likes me look-

Seyesha - actually has talent, but...
Brooke - she's lost it. Kinda made up for it on the 2nd song, but...
I miss Carly and Michael Johns.

is anyone else getting bored??? I said to DH last night, I feel this season is just not like the others.
David Cook should be the winner, he is he only one that goes above & beyond to make things his own.
Brooke, I am just so sick of her giddiness & always touching the crowd afterwards, YOU ARE NOT A STAR!!!
Jason, the happy go lucky only gets you so far...He needs to step it up or else, he is going BYE, BYE
Syesha, they hit the nail on the head, she is good for theatrical stuff, Broadway is her calling, pop singer, NO! I think she is going home.
David A, I like him but I think only certains songs, slow ballads, really work for him where he can show off his voice.

I don't feel very strongly about this season. I don't know if its the contestants or the themes, but I just feel so blah about it.
I mean Andrew Lloyd Webber? Neil Diamond?
I thought Jason was awful last night. The others left a lot to be desired as well. I did like David Cook's second song.

I think David Cook is gonna win it.....David A comes close singing wise but he is not nearly mature enough, and Syesha has an amazing voice but she's not very likeable...
The other 2 aren't even worth the mention
