If I didn't have or wear sweats my closet would probably have about 5 things in it. Dh would be so happy.
There are plenty of nice sweatsuits out there.
Sloppy sweats are sloppy, just like an ugly pair of jeans or anything else can be sloppy.
Everything is how you wear it. If you're a slob you look like one, no matter what you're wearing.
Could be a $30-$40 sweatsuit, if your put together if boggles my mind how one would think it was sloppy.

As far as the hearts on the first post, I don't really like the bottom to be printed. I think the jacket is cute, but I would have liked the bottoms better if they had one heart on the hem or on the hip bone area.
In response to wearing sweats and them looking loungey, sloppy, pretty, whatever: it all depends on your body and the cut of the clothes. I can not wear sweats out and look neat. They look sloppy on me because I have thick thighs. I need fabric that holds my thighs in and makes them look thinner I think velour suits that are fitted look neat and good on thin bodies.
Gray suits on a fat middle aged guy are just TOTALLY different and yes, sloppy
Oh yeah, I also think that sloppy comes from how you present yourself. Is your hair done, your makeup? Are your shoes clean? Do you slouch and let it all hang our or stand up tall? Slouching can make a ball gown look sloppy.

they aren't sloppy...just played out. thankfully not where I live, but in every mall from here to Montauk...everyone AND their mother (fa real  ) is wearing some sort of velour/Juicy/Pink/terrycloth version of the sweatsuit. 
and my grandmother! 
I don't wear sweatpants, b/c I wore them to class once in college when I was running late, and the whole time I felt like I was stuck in a nightmare wear I accidently wore pjs to school & everyone was staring at me. This is before fancy ones were trendy though & people would wear the old school gym kind to class.
I only have one pair for sleeping when its too cold for regular pjs. I usually wear jeans around the house.

I realized I may have to edit my response.
I have a pair of fleece yoga pants. I wore them to Fairway the other night with a zip up sweater and my puma italia's
but that is a once in a LOOOOONNG while thing.
and I did look like total ish. hair in a pony tail, no make up.
naturally beautiful, but totally disgusting
ETA: I looked bad b/c I looked bad...ZERO effort. if you put effort in yourself no matter what you wear, you won't look like a slob.
