Re: ? About Switching over clothes..

Plastic bins that go into storage.

I also keep all of my clothes on the hangers that go in my closet. As I drop them into the bin, I fold them over. It makes it a LOT easier unpacking them at the start of the next season.

I have 2 giant rubbermaid bins that I put my off season clothing in. it's all my casual stuff though, not everything. I leave all my nicer stuff in my closet year round. I can't wait to have a house so I can have REAL storage!

Even with a house, there's still not enough room!!! We keep ours in bins in the attic, still waiting for DH to get them down.....I would do it myself, but I get home too late and don't want to bother our tenants....

ok, so I can't wait to have a big enough closet so that I don't have to worry about putting clothes away. Chat Icon

Re: ? About Switching over clothes..

Most of them go into the Rubbermaid tubs & in the attic. I always keep out a couple of items from the season prior in case of a warmer day...like today!!! Or a colder day!!!

Re: ? About Switching over clothes..

I used to use big garbage bags until the one year ALL my fall clothing went out with the garbage (Mom took out the wrong bag!). I lost everything in one shot!

Re: ? About Switching over clothes..

I usually put mine in storage at the dry cleaner. For the cost of dry cleaning all of my stuff is in one place. Misc. things like swimsuits go into a plastic storage bin in the attic.
