When were you in maternity clothes?
I am just curious when did everyone start wearing maternity clothes..i am starting my 12 week but i have not bought anything yet.

I started around 7 weeks BUT, I had just lost a bunch of weight, gave away all of my bigger clothes and bought new stuff in smaller sizes. So I had NOTHING to wear. 
So, I got maternity pants I can wear in my first-second trimester. I was wearing my regular tops until about 14-15 weeks, then I started wearing maternity tops.

I think around 7-8 wks. I retained a lot of fluid right away and was very bloated.

I don't remember, but I belive it was around 15-16 weeks. I had m/s for 4 months and I did not gained that much at the time.

Same here.
Now I dont' feel so bad being 5wks 2dys (I think) and hardly fitting in my clothes.

About 12 weeks the first time around....we'll see how soon I have to squeeze into maternity clothes this time around (I'm 9 weeks this weekend).

I started fully wearing things about 13 weeks. I have a lot of water weight.
I have a few things that still fit me however, those pieces are becomming limited by the day.
My tops would fit if my boobs didn't grow a size and a half already!!

Honeslty I really don't wear matenity, got by mainly with my sweat pants and draw string pants, even got a few items larger sizes, etc... I do have 2 pairs of Old Navy maternity jeans and tops from maybe around 4 -5 months but rarely wear.

bottoms started i think somewhere between 13 and 15 weeks (perhaps earlier).
starting 28 weeks tomorrow, i am going to look around for tops!

I'm 8 weeks today and many of my pants are getting a little too snug. I bought two belly bands (one white, one black) so I'm hoping those will extend the life of my current pants. I did buy a cute pair of kacki maternity pants with an elastic waist today, but they're too big. I could wear them, but they sit very low on my waist. I'm sure they'll be perfect in a couple of weeks.
ETS- I also had to buy new bras last weekend because I've already gone up a cup size.

i started maternity pants (gap & old navy) at 15 weeks- not full panel though, just the foldover waistbands and the elastic ones. i'm 19 weeks now & i won't need maternity tops anytime soon.

I gave in and ordered a bunch of maternity pants @ 19 weeks.
Maternity tops are too big in the belly for me yet, so I wear my hubby's button downs (which I get a lot of compliments on! )

Between week 9-12 I started to wear both, my bigger regular stuff and small Maternity pants. Now I'm week 17 and only maternity pants. I can still wear regular shirts but they don't hide the maternity bottoms.

Not really in Maternity clothes yet, but my reagular size clothes stopped fitting me very early, about 7 weeks or so and I bought some regular clothes in bigger sizes.
