Lets see, yes I would be scared, but MORE scared to die, so I would do ANYTHING in my power to fight back.
I agree- I would no way just sit there and wait to die. Granted I would not be the leader. But prior to 9/11 my answer might have been different.

If I knew about the other planes and I knew that we were going to be used against the next target, I absolutely would have done something.
If I did not know about the other attacks they I most likely would have waited and hoped they landed the plane.

They killed like three people with knives right in front of everyone...
I think after seeing something like that....sorry i would be in a state of shock
I think people want to believe they would do it...that they would react that way...But seing 3 people have their throats cut and bleed to death right in front of them....well just don'[t think most people would charge....
But like some said....i guess you had to be there to TRULY know

I don't know...I think about that all the time. There are leaders in the world, there are followers and there are people that are just "there" occupying space. It's such a difficult thing to comprehend. I can honestly say that I do not know what I would have done...but I do know that "nothing" while people are getting killed is not one of them. I just wouldn't be able to sit idly by. Just like I couldn't escape from my building alone on 9/11 knowing that the Towers would crumble and I could get trapped...helping as many people as possible takes over.

Your opinion would have been the straight up answer to your very own question. But yet, you had to question other peoples answers which is THEIR OPINION.
Of course you are entitled to feel whatever you want to feel but I didnt see anyone coming at you asking why you would be so afraid, why wouldnt you do anything, how could you not??? Now THAT would be battling YOUR opinion!

I made a general statement about how i think that it is only the rare brave people out there that would actually do this...
