If I knew that 3 other planes already went down, than Yes, I would.
I am sure their first goal was to try to take over the plane and land safely...that would be my first priority

I would not have been the first to start it because I probably would have hoped somehow we'd get out of it alive. But, if there were leaders yes, probably.

Knowing me, I probably would have died of sheer fright way before anyone had the chance to do anything. I cannot imagine the sheer terror those people must have faced knowing who was on the plane and what they planned on doing. I get heart palpitations just thining about it.

In times of stressful situations or emergencies...I shut down. I don't even want to think of having been on that plane. So horrible but so heroic what those people did.

yeah..but you have to think along the lines how the passengers were thinking..
they knew of the other planes, and their subsequent outcomes....
they figured, there was probably no way the bad guys were going to back down with their plan...and what else did they have to lose?? as scared and petrified as those brave people probably were, their anger and adrenaline gave them the strength to fight back in a BIG way!!

would now change how people would react in teh situation...
I sitll don't think any females here would rush the cockpit...but like leeners said if there was some mob mentality of it...maybe

yea i know...and same for future hijackings now...
people will be more likely to try to do something in fear...

Well, you never know- I think it's really hard to predict how any individual would react in a crisis. There are people who you'd expect to go kick some *** who end up cowering and people who look like wallflowers end up being the heroes.

I think that is a situation you really can't answer unless you were in it and hopefully that situation would never happen again.. I think some of them on the plane knew what had already happened to the other planes...your survival instinct takes over......
