10/26 update! fantasic news! Isnt it amazing how little those holidays mean when its more important that he's happy and healthy instead? Yet how much it will mean to have them anyway?

a quick update...about our roller coaster ride.
DS did not come home :( Apparently the on call oncologist and our oncologist have two POVs. When our oncologist heard that the on-call oncologist was sending us home, she ordered an ultrasound and the tumor is still too close to his bowels and if that ruptures, the risk of infection is too great.
Better to be conservative, but we were disappointed. Good thing DS didn't know. He actually likes the hospital, especially the bed and the food!!
I'm just hopeful for December.
Oh NO...I'm sorry. I can only imagine the roller coaster ride you're going through right now.

Sorry to hear he didn't come home afterall.  I am amazed at how much of a fighter he is though !! You definitely have a little boy destined for great things ! And you are amazingly strong too, especially having to keep 2 other LO's on schedule.
I wrote it in another post, but will right it again, if you need anything I am more then happy to help!!
