this sounds like a great little thing to fit in each day. I am so glad I ventured oevr here!! I am going to start tomorrow.
quesiton about the squats. Are they like wall squats with a resistance ball, or just regular squats?
I am not sure I can do a regular push up-- I always do modified!

I am not sure I can do a regular push up-- I always do modified! I don't do squats because I get enough lower body with Zumba.
My personal opinion with push ups is - go for the "regular" ones - if you do the knee ones you will never progress to the regular ones. If you start with the minimum of regular push ups, you can build from there.....

Day 1
Crunches- 129 Plank- 45 seconds (but I was interrupted by the phone ) Pushups- 8 Squats- 75 (with a 30 sec break because DH called AGAIN from the supermarket-- read the list!!!!)
I am going to try the squats with a shoulder press tomorrow since it was easy for me to do alot.

Crunches- 140 Plank- 60 seconds Pushups- 9 Squats- 75 (while holding my 20lb dd)

Day 3 (I skipped a day because I had a rough night with Sasha and I was POOPED)
Crunches- 3 sets of 50 (regular crunches, raised leg, alternate raised leg/cross-over) Plank- 75 seconds Pushups- 9 (I suck at these) Squats- 2 sets of 50
