Oops - just saw this now!!!

Nothing too exciting - I forgot what I did that day, but this is what I usually do:

Assisted chin up and dip machine
Low Row machine
Arm curl machine
Triceps, Biceps, and chest mostly - I want my upper body to be tank top friendly when we go away in March! Chat Icon
I do abs, sometimes ab work with the ball

Boring stuff - I am going to thumb thru some fitness magazines to get some new ideas just to keep it fresh!

Today I did 30 mins on the wave machine for my Xtraining, and 30 mins weights - a bit of the above! Chat Icon

I did 1 hour and 4 minutes on the wiifit... Last week i didn't exercise because i fell on the ice last sunday, Now i'm all better.Chat Icon

1/17 50 min wii fit
1/18 ran 4 miles on tread with incline

1/19 ran 2 walked .5 on incline, weight machines, and 20 mins on the wii fit

Hi Girls!! I am gonna join you. I am trying to get myself back into the workout routine.

Tonight 1/19, I am going home to do at least 20 minutes on the elliptical machine.

ETA: 1/19 did the elliptical machine for 20 minutes... burned 26 carbs
