Tues 1/13

15 mins elliptical (i was pressed for time today)

upper body:
-incline DB presses
-incline flys
-cable rows
-lat pulldowns
-shoulder presses
-abs

Didnt have time for tri and bi or more shoulder. Oh well.

Alternate - 1.5 minutes at 5.5 minute pace, 1.5 minutes at 13 minute pace

2 minutes (LOL) on eliptical
4 sets of 10 Torso Extender
3 sets of 10 Quad Extensions
3 sets of 10 Hamstring Extensions

Sunday 1/11 - 30 min run outside 30 min strength of wii fit

Tuesday 1/13 - 30 min treadmill + weight machines @ gym

Wednesday 1/14- 40 min on the wii fit
