1st u/s...**Update**
So we had our u/s today and they can't see anything. She said there is thickening but she doesn't see a sac. She said it could be that we're just to early and w/my cycles being so long she doesn't know why they said I would be 8wks. We reviewed a colander and we're more then likely only 4wks.....Would you see anything on an u/s that early? I am FREAKING out. I have 9 + tests and 2 + digitals. 19days late for period, abd cramping, tender boobs, and vomiting. They drew blood so by 3 or 4 we'll have results. I go back Friday to have it drawn again to see how the #'s are comparing. I'm so scared.
***UPDATE***
So I am def. pg!  HCG was 245, and I have a repeat on Friday morning, nad she said she is not at all suprised we didn't see anything. She is guessing we are super early and all of my calculations have been WAY off....thank you ladies. I just needed to hear from the doctor I really WAS pg...

first of all - they are on the case....try to take a deep breath... KEEP YOUR BODY RELAXED - i know that is SUCKY to hear - but for the sake of the baby - you have to...
second - what was the date of your last period. That is what they base your due date off of - and use to determine how far 'along you are'...

I was told by an ultra sound tech that at 4 weeks you can't see anything.......I wouldn't stress to much. You just got your BFP. mI think you ovulated really late and you just implanted, so there really isn't anythign to see yet.
I know its hard but the est thing for now would be to compare beta numbers!

4 weeks is WAAAAAY too earlly to see anything. The only thing that is telilng right now is your hcg beta levels.

Yes, they usually go by LMP, but for people will long cycles and/or late ovulaters, that can be very off! I've had cycles where I didn't O until CD 26 - putting me almost 2 weeks behind the "typical" person who O's at CD 14. So if I went in, they'd think I was 6 weeks, but really I wouldn't be - KWIM?
Try not to worry yet. Get your beta levels and make sure the #s are doubling and I think that's all you can really base anything off of right now!

My LMP was Aug 13...however my cycles have been anywhere from 35-40 days. Based on 35 days I'm 19 days late, and I did POAS this morning and it was + even before the control panel came up...I took CBE HPT. I'm just so scared. She said the uterous was thick, but that she couldn't see anything and she did a transvaginal also and saw nothing...I know I should relax, but I'm soooooooo scared

when are you getting the blood test results back?
Do you have any idea when you ovulated??

It's highly unlikely that you were 8 weeks if you kept getting negative tests and only recently got a BFP. You likely ovulated very late. Doctors normally don't do ultrasounds before 8 weeks because they may not see a heartbeat before then. At 4 weeks, I doubt you'd be able to see anything even a sac.

I went to the dr. last night for my first OB visit and according to her I will be 6 weeks tomorrow, but I know my body and told her that I don't have a 28 day cycle, but more like 34-35. I go Tuesday for my first Sono and she said I should be close to 7 weeks and should see the heart beat but I'm pretty sure I'll be closer to 6 weeks at that point.
Are you in tune with your body? What makes you think you are 19 days late? More than likely you didn't ovulate until later than you think.
I'm sure all will be fine and I will pray for you and baby!!!

The results were rushed so we'll know in about 1-2 hrs what the beta is......I'm not so sure when I oed...My ewmc was all over the board. Day 24 I had a + but We think we may have concived(?) the last full week of September.......

Even if my cycle was longer then I would be 2wks late right now....I have NEVER been this late.....I'm sorry I'm just freaking the h*ll out

I'm assuming you mean September 13th?
You are getting +HPTs, so I wouldn't worry. This is why most OBs will not even see you and do an u/s until you are 8 weeks pregnant. My situation was different being I was with a RE. Your HCG beta also has be a certain number before you can see anything in the uterus. I want to say it's something like 1200 or 1500. Most first betas range anywhere from 50-150

okay, so you have 2 hours....that is NOT BAD...
It's not abnormal for there to be nothing there if you are actually only 4 weeks along. If they think you conceived the last week in September, then are you only 1 week? That part confuses me....but either way - you need to take a few deep breaths and calm down.
Stressing out is NOT GOOD FOR YOU or the baby right now - it's VERY important that you relax...

No August 13...I should have started on September 22nd....It has been almost 2months
It seems that you had an unusually long cycle which would make it difficult to pinpoint when you O'd especially if you weren't using OPKs. I'd say you are probably more like 4/5weeks pregnant.

I don't trust my OPK..I thought my+ was wrong since I felt more like I oed a week or 2 later......I know this isn't anything to worry about. I have 7 yes 7 + tests and 2 + digitals and when I POAS this morning it was + even befor ethe pee reached the control panel. I'm just a nervous nelly...Thank you ladies....I should remember to ALWAYS listen to you guys and not let the doc sway me. You know my cycles better then anybody and I swear you know mor ethen anybody else

I would wait for the beta results...you will not see anything on u/s until your beta is over 1,000.....with long cycles it is hard to tell the exact O day....just wait for your number and then see on Friday if it doubles......
