19 month nap question
Was curious what time your 19 month old takes a nap and for how long? Also what time do they get up in the morning? Thanks so much.

19 month nap question
My son is 22 months now. He wakes up around 7:30 and naps anywhere from 1.5 - 3 hours on any given day. Usually between 11:30 & 12:30 he'll go down for nap.

Re: 19 month nap question
Thanks, my twins were still taking two naps but I think it just has to be one now and just trying to get a gage on what time I should put them down.

Re: 19 month nap question
My DS is 20 months & wakes up 8:30-9 usually. He takes his naps 3 hours after he wakes up for the most part, so 11:30-12. He usually takes naps anywhere from 2-3 hours.

This should be a pretty easy transition After their 1st nap, just keep them up for the long haul until bedtime; before you know it, they will be down to 1 nap. Good luck!

Re: 19 month nap question
My 19 month is still on two naps. I thought she was ready to transition to 1, but still keeps begging for a nap in the late afternoon.
She wakes up at about 8am. Goes in for her nap around 11:00am and naps for about 1.5 hours - sometimes longer sometimes shorter. Then around 4:30 she wants to nap again. I have tried keeping her up, but she will still just fall asleep or just get really cranky. I am guessing she still needs it.

Re: 19 month nap question
My daughter is almost 20 months. She gets up usually around 7:30am and takes a nap at 1:00. She will nap usually about 2 hrs (sometimes 3, sometimes only 1 1/2). She goes to bed around 8.
When we transitioned to one nap, we found that around 10:30-11 she needs some "snuggle" time. Usually we will sit and have a snack and read a book or watch a little Sesame Street together. It usually is enough of a little relaxation that she gets a second wind and plays til lunch around 12 and then goes for her nap at 1.

19 month nap question
My 19 month old DS wakes up between 7:30 and 8:30 and is usually ready to go down for a nap by noon. He'll nap between 1 and a half to 3 and a half hours depending on how tired he is.
