I think the baby just wanted some extra time with Mommy and Daddy. S/he would just not cooperate and turn around so she could measure the neck!!! We first went internally, then externally, then back to internal and external again. It was GREAT! She was worried we'd have to come back another time though because the baby really wouldn't get into position. We finally got the baby to move, but it wasn't a complete turnaround. Did see it stretch - sooo cool! And the legs, arms moving...just unbelievable. Heart rate is 165 and everything looks good! The tech gave us TONS of shots!!!

Looks like a kick here. Probably getting pizzed that we keep trying to wake him/her up.
The tech also noticed the baby had hiccups!

OMG! Ya know, I haven't had a single intuitive hunch at all yet. I have friends that are thinking it's a girl. DH thinks it's a boy just because of the odds. There are too many girls in my family so he thinks it's about time!
But when we had the u/s....I just had a second where I thought it was a boy. Maybe I thought I saw a little peeshie....

Congratulations, IYou must have been very excited! We just had our ultrascreen a little over a week ago it was very exciting to see the baby and we got good pics as well!

VERY huge argument between DH and I.  I don't want to know, he does. He doesn't get that the person CARRYING the child should make the ultimate decision! He thinks it's his choice/right to know, and it's my choice/right NOT to know....so we should be fine with that. Um, NO....I couldn't live with him knowing if I didn't!!! He says that's my problem!  I have a feeling I'll give in though.
