12 weeks bright red bleeding ?
It isn't heavy like my period. But it is definetely red It was there when I wiped and it hasn't stopped. TMI, but I wiped a few times and kept seeing blood.
Anyone been here? I am freaking out!

Def. call your Dr. Do you have any cramping? I had some bright red bleeding at 7-8 weeks, no cramping and it ended up being nothing.

I am between 6-7 weeks and am experiences the same thing today. I was spotting over the weekend and went to the dr yesterday and was told everything was fine. But today it went from brown spotting to red blood and the dr says I'm fine.
I would call ur dr and see what they say. Are you feeling pain?

typically my OB says that if I am bleeding with cramping, it's a concern. I would still speak with your OB, maybe s/he will bring you in tomorrow.

She called back and said that since there are no clots and I am not cramping that chances are things are fine. I had a sono last Monday ( not yesterday, a week ago) and everything was ok.
She said to go to the ER if it gets heavier and to come in tomorrow if I am still spotting.
I am really scared

Try not to worry, they do say that bleeding is very common. Be on the lookout for clots. Otherwise I would go in first thing in the morning just to see your baby!

I had bleeding twice in my first pregnancy around where you are now and it was totally fine!!! It was from a little blood clot that was nowhere near the baby!! When I went for an "emergency" sono to make sure it was fine, both times my dr told me the baby had no idea there was any bleeding... it was just freaking out mom!  I have a feeling it's fine but def call your doctor for a sono in the morning to get the reassurance you need!!

this happened to me around 10 weeks I was freaking out. I went to the ER everything was fine and I thought I even saw clots.. if you're not cramping and its not as much as period you're probably fine. When it happened to me I went to bed and when I woke up the bleeding almost fully stopped...
