Ever go to open houses...
... just for fun?
There are brand new condos that were just build in island park on the water (which are wayyy out of our price range) but we want to see what they look like. There is an open house this weekend. Anyone just go to open houses to see what they look like inside?
I'm always so curious.

Here's the listing:

Scott.. it's funny you say that b/c my DH usually doesn't want to go to an open house we can't afford "just to look". My mom is always up for it though!

We've driven around and gone to some that we hadnt planned on. Sometimes its depressing bc most of the time when we do that its a house thats really nice and out of our budget!

i would say that 90% of the people who come to my open houses are people who are just "taking a peek". it's okay with me though, at least then i have someone to talk to! and you never know, they may know somebody who may love the house!

i saw signs for open houses a couple of weekends ago. My fh and i went in. We are not ready to buy yet, but we want to get an idea of what is out there. it is sometimes fun.

No we never did, we only looked at houses, when we were going to buy one. FH is weird like that. I on the other hand would love to go and look
