Missing RSVP... WWYD?
I am missing 16 RSVPs for my DD birthday party. (This is after following up with a good amount of people)
These are from school friends and after school friends.
I have no contact number/email for the majority of them (the ones I did I contacted through email and still did not hear back from them).
Granted the RSVP date was only yesterday but they have had the invite since the first week of December. Also on the invites I wrote please RSVP yes or no so no one would assume that if I didn't hear from them it was a no.
I need to start ordering things and I don't want to over order but I also don't want to over order. Normally I am missing a few RSVP so I will make a couple extra favors to have but 16 is a lot to have extra off and lot of extra money to have to budget for to pay for them to participate.(its at bounce house)
WWYD assume they are all no's or send a follow up note to school to be given to the students who havent RSVP asking them to confirm if they can come?

since you said the RSVP was yesterday I would wait a little longer and see if you get anymore responses. If you still don't, I would mark them as a no. It stinks.

I would wait a little longer, people have a lot going on this time of year, its reasonable that an RSVP to a child's party would slip through the cracks.

When is the party? I agree that it probably fell through the cracks due to the time of year, but I don't think they'll suddenly remember now. I'd wait a few days and maybe send a reminder at the end of next week.

Re: Missing RSVP... WWYD?
The party is on th 13th. I am just looking into favors and don't want to have to pay rush shipping on items!
Like a PP said I feel if they don't remember now will they really ever remember.
She is not back to school till the 3rd anyway so I will have to wait till then to send a note in if I go that way.
I am OK with them being no's we invited 46 kids and have 20 already coming I just want to make sure the no RSVP is an actual no!

I would def order extra.
I invited my twins class and after 14 of 19 said yes.
Another 4 showed up that day after never giving a response and 2 brought a sibling

Re: Missing RSVP... WWYD?
I'd probably expect them to be No's because I think most people who are coming would let you know. I think if it's not important enough to them to bother to rsvp, it wouldn't be a priority to them to come. It's lousy but I think that's going to be the outcome for most of them. Give it a few more days though but by next week I'd assume the ones who didn't answer are a no.

I am more aggravated that they didn't RSVP then them not being able to come. There is till good amount and honestly I rather most of them be no. I just hate the unknown
