visiting/touring public preschool

do they let you visit the public preschool at all? have open houses or anything? i hate sending my daughter somewhere i couldnt see what the classroom looks like and since daycare does it and private prek's do it... wondering if i just dont know how it works in suffolk public schools.

Is it through UPK? In my district they have UPK in a variety of different private schools and yes you can tour them with an appointment.
