what can I give my 3 year old for a cold?
Normally for a regular cold I wouldn't give my kids anything. But my 3 year old is miserable right now. He doesn't have a fever or a cough but he's stuffy and congested. I've tried the steamy bathroom and that didn't do anything. Poor kid can't breathe. Is there anything safe to give him? I have zarbees cough medicine but it's not for congestion and stuffy nose. What can I pick up for him? Also, has anyone given their kids ages 3-5 the kids airborne? I know when I take it at the start of a cold I start to immediately feel better by the next day. Just wondering if the kids stuff is as good. TIA!!

Similasan has a good kids cold and mucous medicine.
Also elderberry syrup

Thank you! Where can I get elderberry syrup? And will it help him to become unstuffed and be able to sleep comfortably?

Vicks vapor right on the feet and a little on the chest. A humidifier is good too. Nasal saline spray.
