do you give your 3 year old anything for a cold?
Ds has been stuffy, had a runny nose, and has a cough (not a chesty one) and today has a very low grade fever. I am not sure what, if anything, I should give him. Should I just let it take its course, or give him something to loosen up the cough and dry him up? If so, what is safe for a 3 yo? tHanks so much!

I have a 4 year old, but even for her I just give saline spray, lots of water and use a vapor plug at night.
