Solid intake for 11 month old

My son will be 11 months next week and I'm just curious to know what foods and how much food other DC's are eating at this age. Just want to make sure my LO is getting enough! He can be a picky eater and had a ton of food intolerances early on so we were slow to start solids. Hoping to trial dairy with him in the next few weeks.

Solid intake for 11 month old

At that age, my DS ate everything we eat. I don't really measure his food out - I just put some on his plate. Sometimes he eats everything; other times he eats 3 bites. I'm usually not too concerned with food intake - I know he'll eat when he's hungry.

Dd is 9.5 months and has recently started to refuse purees so she's mostly on table food. Liked the pp, I don't measure just put some in her tray and let her go until she stops.

Today she had half a waffle with fruit puree spread on top for breakfast, almost a full yobaby yogurt and one grape diced up, and I offered a few things for dinner but she refused it all (pastina with pureed veggies, shredded cheddar, cheerios). Half of what I do think she eats I often find under her when I pick her up at the end of the meal. She's a peanut at under 16 pounds but she loves to eat. We were on vacation last week and I let her try anything I thought she'd like- pork, lamb, zucchini, Mexican corn, mashed potatoes. My first had food allergies so i went much slower and she was and still is very picky. Dd2 is pretty adventurous so I'm trying to run with it.

Ds eats A LOT. He would rather table food over a bottle or baby food... He's 10 months next week. He ate 1/2 pancake and 1 egg for bfast, a yo baby yogurt and a banana for lunch, and our dinner of chicken veggies and rice. He ate a decent amount. Your baby will tell you if they aren't eating enough, mine does! He yells at me if he is still hungry and if he is full he shakes his head no.

Solid intake for 11 month old

At 11 months old dd was eating three meals a day and one to two snacks. She ate what ever I was eating for each meal and she was still nursing 2-3 times per day. Dd had several food allergies as an infant so we did not introduce dairy, beef or eggs until after her first birthday.

DD had a milk allergy, and was successfully re-introduced to milk between 12-13 mos. At 11 mos., she mostly ate what we ate (milk-free), usually 3 meals and 2 snacks. She pretty much weaned herself off of her bottle around that point. She was never a great eater. Even at 2.5 years, she's only 25 lbs.
