Re: 6 - 7 month old bottle intake
My DS is not a big eater. I felt like I was doing the same, waking him to get that last bottle. He is currently taking 4- 5/6 oz. bottles + 2/3 tbs. cereal (made with formula) 2 x day and 1 jar fruit and 1 jar of veg. a day!

Re: 6 - 7 month old bottle intake
DD (7 months in one week!) has five 6oz bottles a day...she just started cereal last week (she has a severe milk/soy allergy, so the ped. didn't want us to start until now).

i just gave him his last bottle at 1030 and i feel he didnt even want it, so i am gonna reduce to 4 bottles a day but 7 ounces instead of 6........... (i usually do 5 bottles 6 ounces) he sorta eats the same food as your ds, well we do 1/2 a container of fruit and vegs........ my ds gets a little more formula while ur son gets a little more vegs/fruits.

When I started waking him for the last bottle, I realized he wanted to go to sleep a little earlier. He gets bottles at 8:30, 12:30, 4:30, & 9:30. He sleeps from 10 - 8-8:30.I wish I could get him to take more formula, but its a struggle to get him to take that. Hope it works out for you.
