9 month old and solid food.

My 9 month old is pretty much only on solid food. He gets jarred food when we are in the run. What do you guys give them for breakfast and lunch? Dinner he gets what we eat, but I don't have time for breakfast before work and don't eat lunch at home. Just curious for some more ideas. Thank you.

dd eats chicken nuggets, meatballs, pasta, peas, carrots, quesadillas, cheerios, waffles, pancakes, puffs, yougurt, yogurt melts, pizza,

I'm sure she would eat grilled cheese, bread, but just haven't tried yet
