NPR: Check Your Receipts!!
Today after leaving Old Navy I wondered what cost so much $ so I looked at my receipt... And Im glad I did... The sales girl overcharged me $15... She didn't give me the proper sale prices...
Only to come home later in the day and realize she did not properly refund me for my return. After driving back in the snow with my daughter, to have the same girl give me the same damn attitude and not even apologize for her mistake! The 2nd of the day might I add... I made a complaint to the manager. I don't usually do this but I really didn't appreciate her attitude when she made the mistakes and to not even apologize to me after she knows she made me come back for no reason...
Then at Toys R Us this past weekend Xmas books were marked 50% off and they charged me full price... Had a price adjustment done...
Check your receipts especially this time of year and with all the sales... Will be doing so from now on...
