A good word about One King's Lane customer service
I'm really pleased so I thought I'd share. I bought a mirror from the site for my bathroom back in July. I really loved the look of it. A few weeks ago I noticed I tiny crack in where the mirrored frame met the main part of the mirror. My DH noticed the back of the mirror was starting to warp and bow in the center, causing it to crack. It was hung correctly, so I guess it was just poor construction. Within a few days, there was another crack and it got really big quick. Because it was bowing in the middle, I was afraid it would just shatter one day. I took it down and emailed OKL. It was final sale and purchased well over 6 months ago, so I wasn't expecting much. They asked for pictures and ended up refunding me the full amount. Now that's good customer service!

They do have great customer service! Twice in the past I had an issue with items and they refunded in total and I didn't have to ship the items back to them.

Same with the mirror. They told me to just discard it. So glad I don't have to ship it back.
