good customer service, for a change

i posted about my shopping trip to walgreens, today.

i forgot to mention that the lady in the cosmetic section was awesome!!!

she seemed to read my mind and saw that i was hesitant to buy the items i wanted in a way to get the most bang for my buck. she stopped what she was doing and walked me through the process. she even told me (what i thought i was going to do) to split the purchases into two, so that my out-of-pocket expense would be the lowest.

she was just so awesome!!!
so...
before i left the store, i asked to speak with a manager. i told her that i had received the best customer service by the lady in the cosmetic dept. the manager was so relieved that i wasn't about to complain about something

i will be doing all my walgreens shopping at that store

thats great... and also that you mentioned the good service... his reaction tells it all... im guessing a verly large majority of the times he hears about an employee its bad
