Groupon - Good customer service
I was pretty impressed with their customer service...
I bought a groupon for a restaurant in Astoria that is supposed to expire 12/15. We went on Saturday to find out the place is only open for private parties in December so obviously I can't use the groupon.
I tried to contact the restaurant directly with no response (obviously won't be going back there ever again!) but groupon answered me right away and said they would credit my account for the cost of the groupon with no questions asked and no expiration date on my credit.
It was so nice and easy! Yeah to groupon!

My dad experienced something similar with them and same thing- no issues, questions or anything they just refunded him on the spot.
