CBEFM question
I got a peak this morning on my CBEFM  , however I already BD'ed before I tested. Should we BD again tonight and then the next two nights or should I wait to BD again until tomorrow morning?
ETA, that I BDed this morning already, not sure if I should BD again tonight

Thanks, just realized my post was confusing, I meant to add that we already BD'ed this morning when I got my peak.

CBEFM question
If you did the deed this morning there is really no need to do it again tonight. I would give DH a break and do it again tomorrow. The longer your DH waits between times the higher his sperm count.

look up how much sperm is created in a given period of time. i'd prob go tonight and then tomorrow (midday or later) and then each day after that.
I'm ok with sex 2x in a day so long as there are no sperm count issues.
