Swollen
My feet, ankles and legs got really swollen today. The rest of me is retaining water as well but the lower half is the worst. It was only 83 degrees today - whats gonna happen in the next few weeks as it gets warmer?

Re: Swollen
I'm 29 weeks and started to notice my feet swelling this week . With my first I didn't swell until around week 37 and I'm due with this one at the same time as DS #1 so I can't blame it on a seasonal change.

Make sure you keep your feet elevated as much as possible and stay away from salts. I'm 33 weeks and only had the swelling when flying and it was REALLY uncomfortable...I'm not looking forward to the warm weeks ahead. I was SWEATING already today!!

Re: Swollen
girl i feel you. my swelling started at 20 weeks (in feb) so it has nothing to do with heat but its especially bad now in my lower half too. legs, ankles, feet. yuck!!!!
