I second Cafe Puerto Rico.
I'd have to look back and see where we went. A friend of mine is from San Juan so he recommended a few places.. I think one was like Fire Fly or something.. then we just enjoyed Old San Juan a lot
ETA: oh and the Bicardi factory tour

Marmalade is good
And bebos BBQ. It's off the side of the road by the airport. Awesome for a cheap lunch

We had a bad experience there. There were hairs in multiple dishes. When I wrote a review, the owner went crazy on me and sent me threatening emails - that is why they have so many good reviews, since the bad ones are all pulled.
