It is a gorgeous hotel. I have no complaints! They even have The Palm Restaurant in the hotel. Great steak!

I'm going for one night in May before a cruise and have heard nothing but rave reviews from people who have been there.

No, but we stayed at the intercontinental which is right next door. We wish we stayed at the EL San Juan (and prob will the next time we go to PR) b/c we were over there at the casino every night. We also ate there two of the 4 nights (one night at the Palm, yum)!
