So has everyone gotten their flu shot??
Remember- preservative free only for preg and TTC mommies! Go get it if you have not bc there are so many dangers to the unborn with steady high fevers.

It was so hard to find the preservative free, but I finally did in the beginning of December.

I got mine back in October for the first time ever. I didn't know a preservative free one existed so I'm a little late on that. I've never had the flu before and hope to never get it.

I was able to get the persevertive free one at my CVS no problem. I am just concerned about what they are saying about the flu this year. The news said that the flu vaccine only covers 60% of the strands of the flu virus, and that the main strand that is running around NY isn't covered by the flu shot. 40% of the cases reported are from people who did get the flu shot!

Yea that is what I am hearing.. there's a strain that is not covered by this shot. Also I have been hearing many are still getting the flu but a lighter version bc they got the shot. Idk, to each their own. It's a very personal decision but just try and protect yourself out there any way you can. It is spreading faster bc of the warmer weather up here. It will be mid 50's tomorrow and monday! No good

I'm still trying to find the preserv free shot bc they are sold out everywhere. Will post if I find locations if anyone is still interested!

I'm not getting one. I've gotten my fair share of viruses but not the flu. The shot is only effective in 40% of the cases so far and the season is over next month. I'm hoping I squeak by this year.
