my bbt chart, first time temping
Here is my first chart ever.. i also use opk's with this too. Not sure if it looks "good" or even what to look for? thanks!

Your temps make sense, you just have 3 outlying temperatures. If you took those 3 away, it would be more clear. Did anything happen the night before those 3 temps to cause artificial rises in temp? (drinking, getting little sleep, waking at a different time) Looks like you probably did ovulate on the 12th.

thanks for the reply ;) nope.. i think this is the stupid thermometer to be honest. My sleep has been fine, i dont drink, i dont get up in the middle of the night and i wake up the same time every morning within 15-20 mins time frame day to day. Would those 3 outlying temps be the ones rising over the cover line pre o?
