Last ditch effort
This is the last cycle we have before we start IF testing. If we don't get pregnant this month, next month I start blood work and HSG testing, DH goes for a SA and depending on the results, we start clomid in October. Please send me some I would really like to avoid all of the craziness. Its been 9 cycles, I'm over this whole TTC craziness. Its such a horrible feeling of disappointment month after month of rejection. I just want a baby!!
Ok vent over.

Last ditch effort
i felt the exact same way that you did. However, the best thing I ever did was to actually have DH have a SA done and have all the IF testing done on myself. It was really easy then to pinpoint our problem and target it that way. Before, we were just TTC the old fashioned way hoping it would work but we found out later on that our chances of conceiving on our own would have been much harder. I had to go through 5 cycles of Clomid at different doses and on the last dose, the one I was sure would never ever work, we got our BFP. considering all the IF drugs out there, Clomid is really super simple to take and doesn't involve much craziness at all. Although I should add that if you are going to take Clomid, you should definately be carefully monitored through sono and bloodwork to make sure it is working properly. I hope this cycle is it for you, but if it isn't, I really hope you get some much needed answers soon!

Re: Last ditch effort
Just wanted to say that I have been in your shoes! DH and I tried for 3 years before finally going to see a specialist. Best decision we have ever made!! After SA it turned out DH had issues and I did as well. Did the HSG and had a bunch of tests done- one round of clomid and one IUI=BFP! I was so upset that I waited so long to seek help. Good luck and lots of

Good luck and I hope this is your month!
But I wanted to add that getting tested for IF isn't so bad. DH and I TTC for a little while before I sensed something was wrong. We actually would have never gotten pg on our own so I was glad we got tested sooner than later. Plus, once you start the tests, you feel like you're moving forward and taking action, which made me feel better.
