Interesting question...
For myself, I wouldn't. However, I do not judge those who have done this..

oooh tough question...
I have 2 DS's and love them dearly as much as I would love a little girl I would have to say no on the gender selection. BUT I don't know much about it. If I know that it wasn't dangerous, no birth defects, etc then I may consider but right now I would say no I'd just be happy to get pregnant again.
totally agree....only i have two dd's....and i feel the same way....and also i would be sooooo happy either way anyway....three girls would be awesome in my mind....and having a boy would be awesome too b/c it's something brand new.....but like the poster i quoted i guess if i knew it wasn't dangerous i would be more open to consider it otherwise not really interested

Re: Interesting question...
I would not. I have a DS and i can honestly say when we have LO #2 i would be just as happy giving my boy a baby brother as i would having a DD.

Re: Interesting question...
I wouldn't. I honestly do not care what gender child I have. I already have a son and would be thrilled for him to have a brother, however I would also love to have a daughter too....So it wouldn't be for me.

Re: Interesting question...
NO!!
And i honestly think that people THINK that want a particular gender sometimes...until they have the opposite and fall so in love with their DD or DS that they can't imagine not having had a son or daughter. This is NOT an area i think should be chosen by parents, its the best thing ever to have a baby...i can't believe some people care so much about gender. It's always baffling to me.
