Athena in Amityville is seriously amazing. I live right around the corner and we love their food. I just wish they were open on Sundays!

we order from opa grille in bethpage, its not south nassau but we travel the 10 min it takes to get there!

I'm Greek and honestly no place I've tried in Nassau really measures up to taking the trip out to Astoria (my favorite out there is Stamatis on 23rd). Hopefully someone has a good suggestion because I'd love to know too!

Don't know anything in nassau that is good besides Athena but sadly the last 2 times I got it, it was bad Not sure if they had a different cook or what, but it didn't compare to the previous times. My all time favorite is Athenian Greek Taverna in Commack!
