Refinishing hardwood floors
Does anyone have an idea what it would cost I refinish hard wood floors. Currently there is carpet over them. So they would need sanding and staining and polyurethane I would be for 3 bedrooms. Tia

About $900 depending on the size of the rooms.

we are paying $700 for living room, dining room, foyer and our bedroom. We don't have carpet down and the floors in the living room and dining are in good. We will be using Gold Star.

We paid about $1500 for our living room and dining room - they were both covered with carpet before we had the floors redone.

We paid 1700 for living room, dining room, stairs, hallway and 3 bedrooms (one was a small bedroom)

Just had carpet removed, floors stained and 3 coats of poly for $1100, in 2 good size bedrooms. They also removed the furniture for me.
