Re: can you "feel" implantation?
Highly unlikely you'd feel implantation since the embryo is so tiny at that point.

Re: can you "feel" implantation?
I don't know if I felt the actual implantation but I had this weird full/crampy feeling VERY early on and it was distinctively different from menstrual cramps. I was driving home from work and felt this strange full or swollen (hard to describe) feeling in my lower abdomen and it made me decide to test in the morning. I had no idea if or when I ovulated since I was coming off BCP's. Sure enough that morning I tested with FMU and got a super super faint BFP. It was so light that DH didn't even see it but I followed up with a digi and I was absolutely pregnant. This was at 3 weeks and a few days.

Re: can you "feel" implantation?
You may. Then again, you may not.
Many women will say they feel something, anything, a twinge, something being different, a cramp...etc...
Just as many women, if not more, don't feel anything at all.
It just depends on your body. Don't be on the lookout and over analyze every twinge you feel because it may be nothing. Then again, just because you don't feel anything doesn't mean you won't get your BFP that month.
Good Luck!

Re: can you "feel" implantation?
I have no idea if it was implantation but when I was either 10 or 11 DPO (don't remember which) I had a strong pulling on my right side (which was where the one mature follicle I had was). It was a cramping/ pulling sensation. I was t the gym and had to end my workout early. It wasn't a normal a stomach cramp you would get either. Not sure if it was implantation but that was the only time I ever recall that feeling

Re: can you "feel" implantation?
Yes, i felt it with both pregnancies. I always had a cramp-like pain either on my left or right side groin area. That's how i knew i was preggo before i took a HPT.

Re: can you "feel" implantation?
Everyone feels random cramps/twinges in the 2ww. It's all a coincidence. If the person gets pregnant, the SWEAR that what they felt was implantation. If they don't ... they chalk it up to something unrelated. Regardless, I don't believe anyone 'feels' implantation, regardless of what they say. The embryo at that point is literally microscopic.

Re: can you "feel" implantation?
I did, and had the spotting too in all 4 pregnancies. That is how I knew I was preggo.

Re: can you "feel" implantation?
I never felt any cramps during the 2ww until i was pregnant. It was a very distinct cramp. Localized to one side of my groin area. I guess it depends on the person, but Im a firm believer in what i felt, and it definitely was implantation.
