Can you feel implantation?
I am only 5dpo (I had two IUIs this past weekend) and today I have felt sharp pinching/knife pain in the lower right/center of my abdomen. I don't want to read too much into it, but it's driving me crazy. It started this morning and was consistent for about 10-15 minutes and all day it keeps coming back in short spurts. Anyone ever experience this?

yes, that is when i felt the shooting pains
about 4-6 dpo
i got BFP 9 dpo

i really didnt have many symptoms
the months that i got BFN's, I had tons of cramps
when i got BFP, i did have "twinges" and a few shooting, needle like pains from "down there" shooting up (if that makes any sense)
i also came home from work and took a nap which i never did before (now i do it everyday LOL)

I got one or two sharp pains about 4 or 5DPO this month..I'm currently waiting to test or for AF (boo) but you just gave me a smidgen of hope that I'm one of the lucky ones that can feel it too!

Okay, I am about 8dpo and today, when I was in my car, I reached over to get something that fell. I got this SAME exact feeling - knife like pains from inside "that area" that shot down and all around. I was caught of guard, waited a minute (cause it hurt like *&^%) and reached again and it happened a second time! That was it, but wow, did it hurt. I haven't gotten it again yet, but I think I felt the exact same thing you felt...hmmmm

When I got pg with Ryan I felt cramping/twinges from 3DPO. I had pretty bad twinges/cramps throughout the 2WW - different from AF cramps.
  I def believe you can feel something happening.

yes that is what I felt - TMI - I have had pains like that too but from the rectum when I need to use the bathroom badly
but these were clearly in the "Other" area
