Can you feel implantation?
Okay, I am only about 4-5dpo and had my IUIs this past week. I am doing my best to ignore this 2WW and not analyze anything! However, this morning, for a short period of time, I had shooting pain in my right lower stomach area (sort of right/center). It felt like knife pains and lasted only a little while. I also have a lot of CM today (not EWCM). Can you feel implantation?? I am in no way getting my hopes up because DH's sample was not good and I just have a feeling this isn't our month, but I can't help wonder what this feeling was....

Re: Can you feel implantation?
Honestly? Implantation usually occurs 7-10 days after ovulation so it may be a little early to feel anything. I know, for myself, some months I do have quite a few uncomfortable pangs in my lower abdomen the first 3-5 days DPO.
But, with that said, as much as every doctor on earth says that women can't possibly feel any symptoms, or know, until implantation, the earliest being 7dpo, I can say that with both my pregnancies, I knew within days, so anything is possible

Re: Can you feel implantation?
I don't know the 100% correct answer, but I can tell you that I didn't feel anything when I got my BFP in March.

Re: Can you feel implantation?
sorry to crash... i can tell you that i had implantation cramps (felt just like AF cramps, maybe a little stronger) from 6-9DPO when i got my BFP.
i also had a sharp pain for several weeks afterwards right where my left ovary is... my dr. said it was a cyst that sometimes (usually?) forms when the egg releases, and it usually goes away on its own.

I have had this exactly this month for several days now. I also had it the two months I got pregnant and other months that I got BFNs around this time in my cycle. I wonder too if it is related. Funny you post this.

Re: Can you feel implantation?
I got pg 2x through IVF and was paying attention to each and every twitch but I never felt implantation. Doesn't mean that you can't. I just didn't.
However, I knew I was pg both times. First time I suddenly felt really sick. Like a bad cold was coming on. My glands were all swollen and my throat was sore. I got my BFP but didn't get any sicker! (except for morning sickness)
Second time, I got a horrible migraine. I hadn't had one in over 3 years! I tested that night and BFP.

Re: Can you feel implantation?
I just wanted to share...The month I got pregnant I thought I ovulated late because I got some sharp cramps, on and off for two days. Sure enough I ovulated on time and what I felt is implantation. So I would have to say it is possible to feel implantation.

Re: Can you feel implantation?
I started cramping 5 days after my IUI which was exactly 5DPO. I was starving all the time, cranky, and exhausted too so I don't think it's too early to feel symptoms. The pain may or may not be implantation that you're feeling but it could be the start of your body changing due to pregnancy. Lots of luck!!

That's very interesting!
I really don't want to read into anything, but I couldn't help but notice the pains this morning. I haven't felt it that much today, but every once in a while I'll feel some discomfort. Who knows with my body!

Re: Can you feel implantation?
I thought I did around 7dpo--but I got a BFN at 10dpo. I have no idea if that was what I felt or not...I didn't get the BFP until 12dpo.

Re: Can you feel implantation?
I had that EXACT symptom the month I got my BFP. It made me even say 'WHoa! What the hell was that?!?!' And DH just looked at me. Oddly enough, it was the only symptom I had that month. Every other month I had 10,000 symptoms and only BFN. You never know!
