I liked listingbook a lot better than MLSLI.
Same here! I love listing book and loved (and still do love lol) getting my morning report haha

I use a combo.
I check my listing book acct daily (I have 2 - one for each area I'm looking in)
Then if will usually go to redfin if I find something I like on Listingbook.
I also use MLSLI a lot in the middle.
Just discovered property shark too but that's not so much for finding homes.

We used Weichert.com to find listings and then told our realtor which ones we wanted to see.

I literally drove thru all the neighborhoods of interest, n if a house was for sale, id call the number. Any houses i liked on mls looked horrible in person. And the houses i liked in person looked whatever on mls.

we did not work with one specific broker, we mainly looked on mlsli and called the listing agents. we actually found our current house by just popping into an open house.
