Returning items at Carter's vs. another retailer

I got a TON of onesies and sleep and plays for my shower from Carter's. I'm just looking to get store credit for the stuff. Does anyone have experience on returning Carter's items? Who can give me more credit for the items, a Carter's store or a place that sells Carter's (Macys, Target)????

I return them at the outlet or at Kohls. I don't usually shop at the outlet b/c I usually get better deals at Kohls after coupons, so I usually just go to Kohls to get merchandise credit. So, I think you get more merchandise credit at the actual store, but, like I said, it's not worth it for me, since I don't shop there.

I returned a few at BBB and I think I got more money for them than what I would have gotten at Carters...

I returned to the Carter's store (in bayside) and had no issues!

Carters is great for returns! They take anything back and give you the current price in the store. If the store does not sell it (there are a few items that Carters makes for chain stores and not outlets) they will let you know and then I returned them to other stores.

I'd recommend Carter's over another store, they don't have as many sales, so you are more likely to get the full price, than Kohls or somewhere else
